becomes an active public record. It will immediately be shown on the Arizona
Corporation Commission website.
Our street address is visible on your company’s public
information profile and can be used as your mailing address. We accept all mail and service of process
here on your behalf and scan/email them to you the same day we receive it. This
is included in your $39 yearly service. We also can accept parcels,
monetary instruments, credit or bank cards, mail not suitable for scanning or
anything else that is not transmittable via email should you wish to subscribe to our MAIL FORWARDING service.

information are secure! We store your data and personal information on our
encrypted server in a 270,000 square foot data center located in Phoenix,
Arizona. We have had this secure, encrypted server account since 1991 and are
very confident in the numerous redundant backups in place to ensure your data
is safe, secure, reliable and accessible in case you ever need to access
anything we manage for you.
In addition to our backups on our server, we also store
your important data in a local backup up, stored on dual redundant USB drives
sealed individually in their own Faraday pouch that is then sealed in another
large Faraday pouch that is then deposited in our locked local safe onsite.
This ensures protection of your information even in the case of an
electromagnetic pulse (EMP) event. This may sound excessive but we take every
measure to secure and store your data.
