A Registered Agent is a company or individual appointed to receive
important communication on behalf of a company. The
state of Arizona refers to this as a statutory agent. The state requires
corporations, partnerships and LLCs registered in Arizona to have Registered
Agent at all times. A registered agent acts as
the state's means to communicate with a business entity as well as receiving
important legal and tax documents on behalf of a business. These include
important correspondence sent by the Arizona Corporation Commission, tax
documents sent by the department of taxation, court documents and service of
process. If you have an existing or are
forming a new Corporation, Limited-Liability Company, Limited Partnership,
